Breakfast Bowl

Who doesn’t like a breakfast bowl? Here is an example of the one I love to make. You can easily add your favorite fruits and granola to make it your own.

 1 cup non-dairy yogurt
 1 tbsp maple syrup
 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
 ½ cup berries (I use blueberries, strawberries and raspberries)
 ½ banana
 ¼ cup granola

Cooking Instructions


Mix the non-dairy yogurt with the maple syrup and flaxseed


Add the fruit, followed by the granola, enjoy!
