Chocolate Nice Cream

Nice cream, it’s a plant-based version of ice cream made with bananas. I can’t believe how good it tastes. It’s also a great alternative to anyone needing a dairy free option for ice cream.

Ingredients

 4 frozen bananas (cut the bananas into chunks before freezing them)
 ¼ cup peanut butter (preferably organic)
 ¼ cup cocoa
 ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

Cooking Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor and mix on high until you have a smooth, thick creamy ice cream texture

Serve immediately for a soft serve consistency

Place leftover nice cream in a tightly sealed container, it will harden so you’ll need to let it thaw on the counter for 15-20 before serving again
