Easy Vegan Bakes Falafel – with Canned Chickpeas

 ¼ large white onion, roughly chopped
 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
 2 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
 3 tbsp all purpose flour
 1 cup parsley
 1 tsp cumin, ground (optional)
 ½ tsp coriander, ground (optional)
 ½ tsp pepper
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tbsp canola oil (you can use olive oil)


Preheat the oven at 350 F


Roughly chop the white onion and garlic. Blend 30 seconds until finely chopped.


Add the rest of the ingredients in the blender. Blend until you get a chunky texture


On a pan, add canola oil, with a tablespoon, scoop mixture out of the blender and create small falafel balls. Aim to create 16 balls. Once all on the pan, flatten all the balls,


Place the pan in the oven, bake for 15 minutes. Flip the falafel balls and bake for another 15 minutes.
