Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl – oats, flaxseed, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, orange zest, salt, and dark chocolate chips
Mix all the ingredients. If the mixture is too wet, add a bit more oats. If the mixture is too dry, add a bit more almond butter. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and make the energy balls into 1 inch in size. Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to one week. Enjoy!
