Pasta with Kidney Bean Sauce

 7 oz pasta of your choice
 1 onion, diced
 2 cloves of garlic, minced
 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 2 tbsp tomato paste
 2 tbsp tomato sauce of your choice
 ½ tsp smoked paprika
 ½ tsp cayenne pepper
 1 tsp dried oregano
 Handful of arugula or spinach
 Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions


Prepare pasta according to the package.


Add onion, garlic to a pan with two tbsp of water or olive oil. Cook for approx. for 5 minutes.


Add kidney beans, balsamic vinegar, tomato paste, tomato sauce, paprika, cayenne, oregano, salt and pepper.


Cook for another 5-10 minutes.


Add kidney bean sauce to pasta and serve.
