Rinse tofu and cover with cold water in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat for 15 minutes, then keep warm, covered, over low heat.
Lift tofu from saucepan with a large spatula, and transfer to a shallow bowl.
Spoon some sauce over tofu and serve warm
Line a pan with aluminum foil and heat the broiler to high for at least 15 minutes.
In a pan place the sesame oil, olive oil, Sriracha, soy sauce, sesame seeds and scallions
Turn the heat on and let the oils melt
Cut the broccoli into florets (make sure the broccoli is dry)
Toss the broccoli on the pan with the tbsp of oil and salt
Place pan in broiler and cook for 2 minutes
Remove pan from oven and flip each piece over
Return pan to the broiler approx. 5-7 minutes
Place broccoli on plate and top with the hot scallions’ mixture from pan
Serve broccoli with tofu
